Academy@Work's Tutoring+ starts with an Education Consultant (Credentialed) to communicate with parents and school, assesses/diagnose the issues, compile a Student Success Plan, and assign and manage a Mentor+Motivator (grad of 4-year college) to teach, encourage and motivate.
